ArtistWorks New Online Library Service for Artists or Musicians

Fingal Libraries are pleased to announce the addition of ArtistsWorks another great online service to their collection of eServices. ArtistsWorks allows borrowers access high quality instructed music and art lessons online. These video based lessons are recorded by award winning and highly acclaimed teaching artists. With lessons for beginners, intermediate and advanced students there are lessons to suit all skill levels and experience. This service is a great way to learn a new skill on your own schedule from the comfort of your own home on your computer or tablet. Like all of our other online services they are free of charge for members of Fingal Libraries and library membership is also free. Speaking about the addition of ArtistsWorks to the Fingal Libraries online service offerings, County Librarian Betty Boardman noted that “Budding musicians, singers and artists of all ages will really enjoy this new online service from Fingal Libraries. It makes learning an instrument, improving your singing voice or mastering new techniques in painting very accessible and enjoyable”.

Fingal Libraries have been providing online services since 2012 and due to the demand and popularity of these services have continued to add to them. Currently we provide online eBooks , eAudiobooks, eMagazines, eComics, eNewspapers, eCourses and eLanguages with approximately 90,000 downloads for 2016. All of these services are accessible via our website www.fingal.ie or by using the Fingal Library App. You will need your library card number and PIN to access any of these services.
