Balbriggan Railway Photos c1940's

Can you help identify the people in these photos? A request has come via our friend Joe Curtis from a member Irish Railway Record Society, Ciarán Cooney.

A couple of years ago a collection of railway photos was passed to the archive of the Irish Railway Record Society, where Ciarán is a volunteer. Regrettably the name of the source of the donation was not recorded accurately at the time. All the photos date from the 1940s and all show scenes between Balbriggan and Ardgillan.

Ciarán is looking for the help of our readers to identify the people in the photos, perhaps you recognise the locations?
