Charity Swing Your Bells For Christmas - With Blue Dragon Iron Fist

Sifu Keith Fanning from Blue Dragon Iron Fist, Convent Lane Balbriggan has been on to us with a wonderful idea to raise money for local charity. Please help him out with this great challenge, only an hour on Saturday morning.

Blue Dragon Iron Fist will be swinging their bells for Christmas Saturday 17th for Charity. Not your usual Christmas Bell however they are planning a 10,000-kettlebell swing challenge on the morning of December 17th at 10am. €5 buy in and all proceeds going to a local charity or even a local family who might really benefit from a donation for Christmas. We are looking for as many of our Blue Dragon members and their friends & family to get in on this for a laugh and a bit of festive fun and to give something back to the community!
