Curious find in antique shop Laois

We received the below email today, hope we haven't ruined Granny Doreens surprise.

I’m originally from Balbriggan and some of my extended family still live there. This weekend we are having a 90th birthday party for my granny Doreen Casey (Craoibhin Park). I was browsing my local antique shop here in Laois and came across this, I got it for my gran and started researching it. I read your article and thought you might like to see it and be as surprised as me and wonder how it got here.
