FINGAL COUNTY COUNCIL INVITE YOU TO ‘HAVE YOUR SAY’ IN NEW ARTS PLAN (2018-2025) CONSULTATION

Fingal County Council has opened up a process of consultation for the new County Arts Plan, which will set out the ambition and goals of the Arts Office for the next eight years (2018 – 2025).

We want to invite artists and all those living, working, studying or simply interested in the arts in Fingal to inform the development of this strategy. We want them to share their vision for arts in the county and consider the priorities for the Arts Office over the period of this new plan, said County Arts Office Rory O’Byrne. The public can have their say and input into the new arts plan in two ways: Þ Via an online survey at https://consult.fingal.ie/en/surveys (open until May 31) Þ In person at a “Future Forum” on May 29 (at the Carlton Hotel, Dublin Airport) or May 31 (at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Blanchardstown). The “Future Forums” are round-table discussions, particularly aimed at those with an active or professional involvement in the arts in Fingal. The “Future Forums” will run from 10am to 1pm on May 29th and 31st. Anyone interested in attending should email artsplan@fingal.ie by Friday 18th May to reserve a place, stating which date they will come along.
