In this talk, Clare will discuss the

· systems biology approach to health, with a focus on inflammation and gut health

· impact the integrative combination of food, movement, mindset & sleep have on health

· Inflammation & how functional nutrition & lifestyle adjustments may support reduction.

Through interactive discussion, we’ll explore possible changes for a positive impact on family life.

Clare’s aim is that each person will bring home one strategy in each area (food, movement, lifestyle, sleep, mindset) that will benefit themselves and be incorporated into family life. Clare works from ‘your line in the sand.’

She’s also a trained facilitator in wellbeing & resilience for children. Clare is passionate about encouraging people to take responsibility for their own health & wellbeing, through whole foods, movement and positive attitude. Clients are encouraged to discover long-lasting solutions, through small, manageable, achievable steps, to create and sustain a long-lasting positive change in their life & health, bringing them more energy & vitality, greater clarity around goals & success in achieving those goals. She brings extensive skills through her career as a primary school teacher.
