Great to see Balbriggan community out in force.

Its all about everyone doing a little bit for Balbriggans Tidy Towns, everyone coming out and lending a hand. If everyone at the very least tidied up their own little patch we could get a lot done. During the whole month of April An Taisce is calling on communities to get involved with the National Spring Clean participate and take responsibility for their immediate environment. By participating in clean-ups, groups are making a positive contribution to their community.

Balbriggan.net are asking for people and groups to get in touch an let us know about you plans for a Spring Clean during April, we will try to help you get volunteers from our 8000 subscribers. email your projects & ideas to info@balbriggan.net

Balbriggan Tidy Towns sent us these photos from their resent clean up of the outer ring road from SS Peter & Pauls Church to Millfield

Balbriggan Tidy Towns meet every Saturday morning @ 11 am on the beach and would love to meet new volunteers.

There was a great turnout for Balbriggan Tidy Towns’ Spring Clean. Volunteers of all ages gathered at the Church and litter picked all along the Stephenstown Road. This lovely route, so popular with walkers and joggers, is now spotlessly clean thanks to all their efforts.

The group were invited back to the Men’s Shed for a welcome cup of tea and cake courtesy of our sponsors SuperValu.
