Hardwares in Balbriggan

Two photos for you today, both hardware shops. Who remembers that EEC Hardware actually started on Convent Lane before they moved to their present location at stephenstown. The second photo, I think is part of the PJ Cullen Collection and it shows that there was once a hardware in the RNLI Lifeboat House under the Viaduct, I never knew this, anyone any memories to share on these shops. Tomorrow we’ve a great 1950s aerial photo of the town and today we hope to send up the drone so we can compare how the town had changed in 65 years. Enjoy.
