Is this a 1927 Balbriggan cookery class?

We recently received an email with a photo of an old glass plate neg that has been scanned with the query:

"I wonder if anyone could identify this photo taken in 1927 by Frank Stephens and labelled ‘Balbriggan cookery class’. I would like to identify the group for an upcoming exhibition. Could they possibly be from Loreto Balbriggan? Any information gratefully received and acknowledged!"
