New Balbriggan Gospel Choir seeks help.

My name is Jayne Robinson. I am 35 years old. For the last 10 years i have suffered with mental health. I started training with Rodgey Rama and my health started to become better. I focused on the present forgot the past and did not think of the future. I tool a break from training 2 weeks ago and during that break i thought about what i wanted in life as i was lost and very down. What i did no was music was everything to me so just like that i put a post up on Balbriggan Connect that i wanted to start a Gospel Choir. The first person to jump on board with huge excitement was Sharon Kelly. I have to say without her i don’t think i could have done it. Then just like thats message after message came from people who felt the same way they too were lost and thought this was just incredible and jumped on board. we now have currently 190 members and are still going. 2018 is going to be an exciting time for all of us to come together and bring something good to this community help people who are suffering and also meet new people. Myself Sharon and all the others involved in this are really looking forward to meeting you all. Anyone with a musical background is very very welcome.
