New Petrol Station for Balbriggan welcome addition to services there Applegreen GRANT PERMISSION Naul Road, Tankardstown, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. The development will consist of a new filling station consisting of: A service building (356.49 sq.m gfa) containing net retail area of 96.2 sq.m. (including off-licence of 2.36sq.m.); 2 no. food offers (19.5sq.m and 15.96sq.m) along with associated seating area (34.7sq.m) and back of house area for storage, food prep, toilets etc. (134.5sq.m). The service building will have a storage yard to the rear and contain 8 no. signs (4 on front facade [2 no. signs internally lit], 3 on north west facade and 1 on south east facade). Also 6 no. pump islands with branded canopy over (3 internally lit signs). All associated site works including earthworks; jet wash, brush wash, car parking spaces, boundary treatment around the perimeter of the site, refuelling point, vents, underground tank farm, Main ID sign, 2 no. 'welcome' signs and 2 no. 'exit' signs, foul and surface water drainage and provision of 1 no. vehicular exit only and 1 no. exist/entry.
